We Are A Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant Firm

Vocational Restoration Services (VRS) has been in operation since 2005 and has a team of professional QRCs that provide statutory vocational rehabilitation and vocational evaluation services to injured workers within the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation system. An injured worker is entitled to a rehabilitation consultation with a QRC of their choice.

The QRCs will assist injured employees while they recover from workers’ compensation injuries with a goal of restoring injured people to the earning capacity they enjoyed prior to injury. We strive to creatively develop vocational outcomes that are beneficial to all involved. QRCs communicate with the parties in a workers’ compensation claim including the injured worker, doctor/s, employer, insurance adjuster, insurer’s attorney, and the employee’s attorney if one has been retained. Our highly trained nationally certified rehabilitation counselors are registered as Qualified Rehabilitation Consultants at the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry.
