Joe began his career in workers’ compensation in 2003 as a Placement Specialist. He transitioned to working as a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant in 2004 and is passionate about the rules and regulations that govern the system. He holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Minnesota State University, Mankato and is a Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE).
