QRC Services
A rehabilitation consultation is the first step to initiating QRC services and is the initial meeting between a qualified rehabilitation consultant (QRC) and an injured worker. During the rehabilitation consultation, a QRC will determine whether the employee is eligible for statutory rehabilitation services. If deemed eligible, a rehabilitation plan is developed and the following services might be recommended:

- On-Site Job Analyses
- Retraining Plan Development
- Labor Market Surveys & Transferable Skills Analyses
- Court Testimony
Job Placement Services
VRS has in-house job placement specialists who assist injured workers in finding new employment opportunities when they are unable to return to work with the date of injury employer and/or in their date of injury occupation. These services can include:
- Job Seeking Skills Training
- Resume Development & Mock Interviews
- Job Development & Job Placement Services
- Vocational Testing
- Transferable Skills Analyses
- Job Modifications & Ergonomic Evaluations
Independent Vocational Evaluations
Our Vocational Experts are trained to develop independent vocational evaluations for personal injury or workers' compensation cases, short term and long term disability, divorce cases and any other case that might require a vocational opinion. We conduct thorough vocational testing, labor market surveys and transferable skill analyses as part of our professional evaluations and are available to testify on vocational opinions regarding employability and wage loss.
